This guy prioritises communication and presentation. He has a preference for closing down options in order to focus.

He doesn't want to 'wait and see', he wants to do. He works exceptionally well under pressure. Dare I suggest he actually needs pressure to give his best?

He has an intense dislike of office politics and people with hidden agendas and will react spontaneously when he encounters them.

This is a project man. That is to say, he gets greatest satisfaction from a successful completion, rather than from the anticipation of what may or may not come to pass.
