Top Goldfish Marketers Leave Following Buyout

Lloyds TSB's purchase of Goldfish from Centrica has prompted the resignation of two of the brand's top marketers.

Head of marketing communications Pam Jackson and brand manager Suren Raymond have both left without jobs to go to. Jackson was in charge of the Goldfish brand, including advertising and direct marketing.

The Goldfish brand was integrated into Lloyds TSB's Create Services card division at the end of September.

Katrina Cliffe, previously Goldfish's director of credit cards and customer services, takes the role of head of Goldfish within Create Services.

She now has overall responsibility for marketing the brand and reports to director of Create Services Mark Searles.

Head of business development Carol Lane, who was responsible for Goldfish's loyalty programme, is the most senior marketer to have moved over and now reports to Cliffe.

A spokeswoman for Lloyds TSB said Lane would continue to work on Goldfish's loyalty schemes but her role has been broadened to cover all the bank's card loyalty programmes. …
