Mortech Survey Reveals del Mar Customer Benefits

DEL MAR DATABASE, SAN DIEGO, HAS released the results of a survey conducted by independent research firm MORTECH LLC, Chester, Connecticut. The results include customer perceptions of the firm and its flagship software, DataTrac[R], and quantified, objective benefits from implementing the solution, according to Del Mar.

DataTrac connects the mortgage applications that a lender chooses to use to a single point of data input and management. The software reduces duplicate data entry and adds several layers of security that protect the integrity of loan information throughout the entire process. In general, customers experienced increased loan volume capacity, greater profits per employee, increased efficiencies and better management of loan products, the MORTECH survey found. Other key findings include:

* Del Mar Database customers are "satisfied or extremely satisfied" with DataTrac overall, with 100 percent of customers interviewed rating the product as either a 4 or 5 on a scale of 1 to 5.

* Virtually all customers interviewed reported that DataTrac enabled them to increase loan production while adding minimal staff.

* More than 85 percent of customers interviewed reported that DataTrac has helped them reduce the average time to fund a loan. …
