Credit/Collections Representative

Our client is looking for a seasoned Credit Representative. Position is 50% collection calls and customer interaction; remainder revolves around documenting, problem solving, interacting with sales department, writing reports, making adjustments and reviewing credit applications. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 5 years' commercial collection experience; certified credit executive preferred. Must demonstrate strong problem solving skills, express customer goodwill and be very articulate. Ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Salary range to $40K.

Credit Analyst

Corporate sales office is in search of a Credit Analyst. Responsibilities will include management of a portfolio of accounts for risk management, preparation of credit memorandums to assess risk and recommend exposure limits, interaction with external and internal personnel to augment risk analysis, incorporating specific information into the credit memorandums. Position supports the Credit Manager and mentors staff Credit Analysts as appropriate. Must have a 4-year degree with concentration in accounting or finance-related field (or equivalent experience), working knowledge of financial statements and commercial credit (experience in inventory finance preferred). The ideal candidate will also have good written and verbal skills, and strong time-management and organizational skills. Salary to $48K.

Credit Analyst

Large manufacturing company has an opportunity for a Credit Analyst. Responsibilities include performing credit functions, credit analysis and ordering release and collections of customer accounts. Finance, Accounting or Economics degree is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and be able to adapt to computer systems and software applications quickly. Credit/Collections Representative

Large organization, in business for over 25 years, is currently searching for a strong Credit/Collections representative. Position will report directly to the Controller and will be working in an accounting division of 6. Responsibilities include maintaining up to 1,000 active credit/collections accounts, making 30 or more daily calls to vendors, investigating and resolving all payment discrepancies within a 2-day period, and recording adjustments including pricing errors, sales tax or freight charges. Duties also include processing credit applications and verifying Dun & Bradstreet reports and trade references. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented individual with 2+ years' experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry who is organized, efficient and takes ownership of their workload. A Bachelor's degree in accounting is highly preferred with excellent communication skills a must; experience with JDE software a plus. Salary to $32K

Consumer Credit/Collection Supervisor

Our client is looking to add a Collection Supervisor to their growing staff. Position will be responsible for managing and training of a staff of 12-15 individuals in a bilingual automated call center environment.
