Kit Kat Hello, Kit Kat Careline.

Mktg My friend just told me you're not going to use 'Have a break, have a Kit Kat' anymore. Is that right?

Kit Kat Yes, we're going to be changing the slogan.

Mktg (very distressed) Why?

Kit Kat It's just time for a change. The new slogan is going to be 'Make the most of your break'.

Mktg (still distressed) But I really like the other one!

Kit Kat Don't you think this new slogan is as catchy as the old one?

Mktg Definitely not.

Kit Kat Obviously we need feedback on this so I will mention it to our marketing department.

Kit Kat You'll have to try to say 'Make the most of your break' now. I think the idea is not just to encourage people to have a break, but to incorporate Kit Kat into their break. …
