I am sure you did not really mean that. I am a fourth-generation native Texan and a gay man. My great-grandfather was a Methodist circuit rider in Texas. My grandfather helped Texas grow by creating jobs and investing in oil and real estate for decades. My mother was active in the community and served on the board of Methodist Hospital in Dallas, which now has a clinic that boars her name and provides medical care for people in need. I continue my family's legacy of giving back to the community by working at a church that has given millions of dollars in aid to people in our community that need help. …
