Online booking sires are good for booking simple trips to places that the traveler is already familiar with, but complex itineraries particularly when international travel is involved--can take forever to research and book online. The computer reservation systems used by professional travel agents are more powerful and flexible than any We site and can get the job done in a fraction of the time. More importantly, agents have knowledge gleaned from their own travel experiences and the experiences of their clients, which can be invaluable when planning a trip.
