Florence E. Biller, 90, founding director of the Palm Beach County (Fla.) Library System, died February 15. During her career, she was director of libraries in Whitman County, Washington; Athens, Tennessee; and Susanville, California, and served on the staffs of the state libraries in Florida and California. * Brian Bond, 62, a librarian in the Oregon cities of Coos Bay, North Bend, and Reedsport, died March 4. * Lenore Frances Coral, adjunct professor of music and music librarian for the Cox Library of Music and Dance at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, died March 8 of cancer. She had served as president of the Music Library Association and on the boards of the International Association of Music Libraries, Archives, and Documentation Centers and the American Musicological Society. * Gary J. Cummings, 52, director of the Henry Carter Hull Library in Clinton, Connecticut, for 27 years, died March 8 of medical issues associated with a recent heart attack.
