GET BEHIND ME, SATAN The White Stripes (V2, 2005)

The White Stripes are a two-person rock band consisting of guitarist, songwriter, and singer Jack White, and drummer Meg White (the two were married for four years in the 1990s). lack White is one of 10 children from a working-class Detroit Catholic family. Before he was a rock star, White upholstered furniture. Both of his parents worked for the parish (as custodian and secretary), and the liner notes to the new White Stripes album Get Behind Me, Satan give thanks to, among others, St. Theresa of the Little Flower, St. Rita of the Impossible, and St. Sebastian of Endurance.
