How do you feel about being responsible for the world's most annoying ad, for the Crazy Frog ringtone?

Like all products, there was a group of people who loved Crazy Frog and a group who didn't. The number of downloads, merchandise spin-offs and the fact that it got to number one in the music charts across Europe demonstrates its popularity.

What are the perks of the job?

It's a young and dynamic team, and a very open company, which is why we realise creative ideas immediately and on a very high level. Employees can also test all content.

Why is the brand name Jamster only used in the UK?

The name Jamba!, which we use everywhere else, was already registered in this country.

What is the main marketing challenge you face?

Mobile handsets are becoming more and more prominent as a medium for delivering diverse content, including music, video and information, so our biggest challenge at the moment is to establish the company as a leading digital entertainment platform and not simply a mobile content provider.

Does the marketing team socialise outside office hours?

We are encouraged to socialise outside work and the company holds regular team events.
