Anyone for tennis? This summer London's Hurlingham Club opens its gates to corporate hospitality guests for the first time.

The news last week that the exclusive Thames-side Hurlingham Club in south-west London, is to host the inaugural Hurlingham Seniors Tennis Tournament exclusively for corporate hospitality guests and club members will be music to the ears of corporate entertainers.

An informal English garden party atmosphere is promised for each day with a string ensemble playing in the 40-acre grounds and three course-luncheons masterminded by gourmet chef Albert Roux.

The four-day grass court event will be staged during the week preceding Wimbledon and will feature former stars with pulling power. Ilie Nastase, Rod Laver, Ken Rosewall and three times Wimbledon doubles champions Bob Hewitt and Frew McMillan will be among those competing for prize money of $100,000 (|pounds~67,000).
