Mktg I was about to book a flight to Dublin, but I've been speaking to a friend who recently travelled on Ryanair from London to Bergerac and she said there is no ice, sandwiches or proper milk on board.

Ryanair Just one second. I need to check that (Mktg holds). The thing is, we are a low-cost company and that is why we don't have many snacks on board and it is written in our terms and conditions.

Mktg But no ice? That's ridiculous. You can't serve warm drinks.
