- How do you come up with new marketing ideas?

Via our customer insight programme, which covers customer-satisfaction surveys of every person who travels with us, to regular and adhoc research. We also have some great people to challenge and pick holes in ideas.

Redefining what the company is and not just playing to our heritage strength - we have always been the pioneers of the travel industry and we need to ensure our customers, and our staff, know that we still are. …
