Ray Nagin, Susan Thornton, former mayor of Littleton, Colo., and AmericaSpeaks Founder and President Carolyn Lukensmeyer.

"The Congress of Cities in New Orleans will be the largest gathering of city officials in the United State this year with nearly 5,000 attendees," said NLC Executive Director Donald J. Borut.
