A New Baby Is Born
For some time now, our French-speaking readers have been asking when a New African French version would be published by IC Publications, the parent company of New African and its sister-magazines, African Business, The Middle East and African Banker. Now you have it--a brand new baby called New African (le magazine de l'Afrique), initially to run as a quarterly, and later, if all goes well, a monthly like its English equivalent.
The first issue (Autumn 2007) came out in November. A tome of a magazine--292 pages in all its glory--it is the biggest ever magazine to come out of the IC stable. It is something our French readers will greatly enjoy and even keep for their future generations. It is currently on sale at newsstands in French-speaking countries across the world. We urge our French-speaking readers to go look for it. You will not be disappointed.
