Information Access Company (IAC) has announced that many of its core business databases will be available on IBM infoSage (http://www.infosage.ibm.com), a new Internet-based service launching this month that provides business professionals with breaking news and business information specific to their areas of interest.

Using leading-edge topic profiling technologies and drawing resources from a comprehensive array of content providers, IBM infoSage provides up to 30 stories twice each business day on topics ranging from news and business. information to entertainment and sports. Information is tailored to suit individual needs, and the service offers users a choice in the method of delivery-via either the user's personalized World Wide Web page on the IBM infoSage Web site or an Internet e-mail address.

IBM infoSage users will have access to abstracts and full text from PROMT, Trade & Industry Database, Computer Database, Newsletter Database, Magazine Database, Health Periodicals Database, and Industry Express.
