- How do you come up with fresh marketing ideas?

We listen to our customers and members. Earlier this year, we launched our Food Ethical Policy, based on the world's biggest consumer poll on ethics. We banned the sale of eggs laid by caged hens and all own-brand hot beverages are now fairly traded.

- What are the perks of the job?

Apart from free food and drink, there are some fantastic benefits, including an annual share-of-profits payment. We also get the satisfaction of working somewhere with an ethical approach to business that we believe in.

- What are the hours like?

Most people are in at 8am, and try to get away on time, but there are always a few teams working late on the latest campaign or product launch.

- Is there a dress code?

We recently introduced formal business attire five days a week at head office.

- What about training and career progression?

It's excellent. Everyone has a personal development plan, with lots of support and training to back it up.
