Since our Bobcats athletics program has outgrown its home, four of our 21 Division I teams will host their opponents in the brand-new TD Banknorth Sports Center. Each arena has seating for 3,500 cheering Bobcat spectators for our men's and women's basketball and hockey games. LEARN ALONGSIDE THE PROS

The learn-by-doing atmosphere of Quinnipiac's internship program narrows the gap between classroom learning and starting a career. What's more, with recent internship placements at companies like ESPN, Yale-New Haven Hospital, The Pentagon, NBC, and Ernst & Young, students from all majors have the option to experience their futures first-hand.

NO FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE HERE

The News Technology Center in the Ed McMahon Mass Communications Center added a news desk set modeled after a working newsroom to the already state-of-the-art facility. With the HDTV production studio, Multimedia Lab, and electronic news gathering technology similar to that of CNN and CNBC, communications students can practice delivering the late-breaking news in professional fashion. There's even a theater screening room with five-channel surround sound to view the finished product.
