Mktg Hi, I'm trying to get through to a customer helpline.

Coors What would it be regarding?

Mktg I've heard about a new beer you're launching for women, I just wanted to get some information.

Coors Bear with me one second, I'll just put you on hold. (Mktg holds) Hi, sorry to keep you waiting. We've got no new information currently, regarding any new products.

Mktg Oh, OK. My friend was telling me about it, that's all.

Coors Obviously, if a product hasn't been launched into the public, we simply don't get any information about that.

Mktg So how do I find out?

Coors What sort of information are you looking for?

Mktg I do like drinking beer, but I often don't, because of the calorie content. So when my friend mentioned this new beer, I just wanted to find out.

Coors Until there is a product coming out, until it is out and launched, we wouldn't have any of that information anyway.
