MicroVideo Announces Learning at the Desktop Streaming Video Training Systems

MicroVideo Learning Systems, a pioneer in delivering media-rich software training and on-demand help systems, has announced the development and release of its Learning at the Desktop for Networks product. MicroVideo has developed technology enabling as many as 30 simultaneous local area network (LAN) users to receive full-motion training and help videos over the majority of installed networks.

"We hear a lot about the blending of training and support," said MicroVideo executive vice president Travis Hudelson. "Until now, most users could only get high-touch, high-quality experiences by attending class. Even then, ongoing questions had to be directed to a help desk. With our Learning at the Desktop product, MicroVideo can offer a friendly, human training experience without adding in a lot of expensive hardware or strapping network resources."
