EDGAR Online customers can now conduct research on any executive found in the SEC filings.

EDGAR Online People can gather the following details:

* Corporate board memberships: What corporate board the person sits on and his or her compensation for this work

* Stock ownership, options, and sales: When and how the person earns and disposes stock

* Executive Compensation: What the pay package looks like including cash, bonuses, stock and stock options, rights under termination--including copies of actual employment contracts for key employees

EDGAR Online People generates a list of SEC filings discussing the person in question. The service then brings the user to the exact place or places within the document where the person is discussed. …
