We're better, connected.

We ask our customers what they want, and why.

- What is the main marketing challenge you face?

It's not just mobile anymore. We're offering mobile, broadband, mobile landline and O2 Money.

- What are the perks?

Tonnes. All the perks we give to our customers, we get too, such as access to priority tickets to The O2 and The O2 Academies, or a pounds 10 bonus when we apply for and put pounds 10 on the O2 Money card.

- What are the hours like?

If we're launching something, they're long. We're always launching something.

- What is the company like for training and progression?

Excellent. We have a marketing academy and training programme and plenty of opportunities.

- Is there a dress code?

Common sense.

- Do you socialise outside office hours?

We do socialise, but we don't really have a local near the office. On the other hand, we're lucky to have access to The O2 for entertaining when we meet up with customers.

- What about the salary and benefits package? …
