A chef or a food-taster.

- What advice would you give someone starting their marketing career today?

Throw yourself into the job and get as much experience as you can in different areas. Jumping in at the deep end can be daunting, but it is often the best way to learn and progress.

- What attracted you to your current job?

Definitely passion for the product. I identified a gap in the market for a healthy food-delivery service and poured all my energies into establishing an original business.

- What was your first job?

I was brought up on a sustainable farm in West Cork, Ireland. My first job was selling eggs at the age of eight. My first 'grown-up' job was at Neal's Yard Dairy.

- If you weren't you, who would you be?

Anita Roddick. She was an inspirational woman who was dedicated to raising awareness of environmental issues. …
