Matthew Bender Adds to Authority CD-ROM Series

Matthew Bender has announced two new additions to its Authority series of legal resources. The Elder Law on Authority includes analysis, forms, and primary source material and is available on CD-ROM and on the Internet. The Brownfields Law & Practice: The Cleanup and Redevelopment of Contaminated Land is available on the Authority Environmental Law Library CD-ROM. on the Internet, and as a two-volume loose-leaf work.

Elder Law

Elder Law on Authority provides elder law specialists, trusts-and-estates attorneys, and general practitioners with information to meet the needs of older clients. The primary contributors to Elder Law on Authority are the late John J. Regan; Rebecca Morgan, professor of law at Stetson University College of Law and president of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; David English. professor of law at Santa Clara University School of Law and a leading expert in guardianship and trusts; and Michael Gilfix, a prominent elder law practitioner in Palo Alto, California. Professor Regan was the original author of the Matthew Bender treatise Tax, Estate & Financial Planning for the Elderly. Professors Morgan and English are the current authors of that work and also serve with Gilfix as co-authors of Tax, Estate & Financial Planning for the Elderly: Forms & Practice. Several prominent practicing attorneys and scholars in the fields of trusts, estate planning, and the law affecting the disabled also contributed to Elder Law on Authority.
