There is never a shortage of exciting ideas being generated. The pace of change ensures that there is no danger of anybody becoming stale or resting on their laurels.

- What is the main marketing challenge you face?

We work in a very competitive environment that is constantly evolving Staying ahead of the competition by innovating and delivering value to our customers are the main challenges we grapple with.

- Is there a dress code?

We all dress smartly but there is a no-ties rule, and Fridays are dress-down.

- Describe the marketing team in three words.

Vibrant, driven, focused.

- What is the local pub or bar?

Being out in Osterley makes it challenging, so there is no local as such. We head down to the river in Richmond in the summer and to Chiswick in the winter.

- What are the hours like?

Officially nine to five but, like all media companies, at Sky we work hard and play hard.

- What are the perks?
