- How does the team come up with fresh marketing ideas?

We own a pub just over the road from our office (The Old Blue Last) so a lot of our best thinking goes on in there.

- What are the perks?

Cheap drinks in the pub.

- What is the main marketing challenge you face?

For people who don't know VICE, making them aware. For people who are already aware, making them like us more.

- Is there a dress code?

No shirt, no shoes, no serVICE.

- What are the hours like?

We start at 10am and tend to work late. You can usually find a half-full office well past 8pm.

- How many UK marketers are there?

Three full-timers, but people from other departments are always on hand to chip in.

- What is the company like for career progression?

The company pretty much doubles in size every year, so there are always opportunities for advancement. If one grows tired of London, there are offices in 30 other countries.

- What about the salary and benefits package?

Probably slightly below average, but we steal pens to make up the difference.

- Is there anything particularly interesting about the office?
