FCIB Member of the Year: Filomena Moura, CICP

Article excerpt

Filomena Moura, CICP, senior credit analyst with Unilever NA, is FCIB's 2009 Member of the Year.

"I've been working international accounts since then and I love it."

When asked what her favorite aspect of the international credit profession is, Moura cited the unique communications that occur within the field, as well the opportunity to experience a multitude of cultures." It is a unique field, but I do love the challenge and interaction with so many customs and cultures. I speak Portuguese, Spanish and English, so that gives me a great opportunity to deal with Latin America and other countries," she said. …
