The BenQ GP1 Mini Projector offers a vibrant image, lamp-free 3LED technology, and the ability to project multimedia directly from a USB flash drive, digital camera, video camera, DVD player, HD television receiver, computer, iPod/ iPhone/cell phone, or gaming console.
The palm-sized device measures 5.35" x 2.12" x 4.72" and weighs 1.4 lbs. The GP1 is powered by 3LED technology, a lamp-free projection system that incorporates three individual LED arrays--one for each color (red, green, and blue--or RGB). The RGB LED system offers more than 20,000 hours of LED life, requires no additional expenditure to replace burnt-out lamps, and presents no brightness decrease or color-fading problems.
The GP1 projects a diagonal image of 15"-80" with SVGA native resolution (858x600), 100 ANSI Lumens brightness, 2000:1 (full on/full off) contrast ratio, 4:3 native/16:9 selectable aspect ratio, 1.92 throw ratio, and full 16.7 million color palette. The unit is VGA (640x480) to SXGA (1280x 1024) computer-compatible. The HDTV compatibility covers 480i, 480p, 576i, 576p, 720p, and 1080i video modes.
