At the heart of our creative thinking sessions are young people with disabilities and the enormous challenges they face in their lives.

- What are the perks?

Working with bright people; getting involved in everything; high-profile events; promoting the talents of students competing in paralympic sport, and knowing that what we do is helping young disabled people.

- Describe the marketing team in three words.

Passionate, creative and determined.

- What is the main marketing challenge you face?

Delivering exceptional campaigns with limited budgets.

- Is there a dress code?

Smart casual, casual on Friday and Versace for visits and meetings (our marketing executive's Italian).

- Does the marketing team socialise out of hours?

Not as often as we would like, but we try to meet once a month for a bowl of cheesy chips and a few drinks.

- What is the local pub?

The Hen and Chicken is very handy, but we do sometimes bump into our students.

- How many UK marketers are there?

One-and-a-half in marketing and PR and three in student recruitment marketing.

- What is Treloar's like for training and progression?

There are always opportunities for staff to take part in courses, but training is often more informal as we share ideas and best practice.

- What are the hours like?

It's not really a traditional nine-to-five.
