Here's the question: If X magazine staffer were struck by lightning, how would we adjust to ensure the continuity of the publication? If one of us was hit, for example, who would get a call and what would he or she do?

When our Associate Publisher Tracy Dietz told us she was leaving, it was she we had to replace, but we were the ones who felt lightening-struck. After seven prosperous years with Campaigns & Elections, Tracy has decided to take on a new challenge.
