Ryanair: Hello, you're through to Ryanair, how may I help you?

Mktg: Hi, I'm calling to make a complaint about the Ryanair calendar that's just come out.

Ryanair: What can I help you with?

Mktg: Is there a special complaints line that I can talk to?

Ryanair: No, there is a customer service department with a fax number If you'd like I can give you the number.

Mktg: But that's a fax number. There's no one I can actually talk to?

Ryanair: No, I'm sorry. If you tell me what the problem is, maybe I can help you.

Mktg: Have you seen the calendar? It's a calendar of Ryanair stewardesses dressing up in bikinis in order to raise money for charity. I wanted to talk to someone because I don't think it's particularly appropriate. Is there no one that I can speak to about it? …
