The Marine Corps takes pride in taking care of our own. Our strength is not just in our uniformed Marines to the left and right of us in battle; our families are the strongest of us. Corps families are a direct representation of families around the world. We have single parent families, blended families, multi-cultural families, and some of our families have children with disabilities.

Next month, EP will launch a United States Marine Corps Section. The primary focus of these pages is to give readers access to information and resources that will support and educate them--whether they are Corps or not. Family is the cement that holds us together, and it is our responsibility to ensure they are taken care of.

You will find articles on issues related to the military families, feature stories on individuals and families who motivate us, stories related to health, TRICARE, education, the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), and the ever-changing needs of our wounded warriors--because we don't stop being parents, even when they're grown.
