It's a real mix between brainstorming creative ideas and keeping our eyes and ears open as to what's happening in the marketplace. Travel trends often affect our marketing ideas, as it's important that as a brand we respond to the needs of our customers and clients.

Working for a company with hotels in some of the world's greatest cities. We are encouraged to stay at our hotels to experience the brand.

- What is the main marketing challenge you face?

Making sure that we stand out in the market. This is especially true in London, where there is so much choice for guests.

- Is there a dress code?

Smart dress. We are often meeting clients, partners, the press and guests, so we need to be the face of the brand.

- What are the hours like?

They tend to be 9am-6pm, but there are evening events so the team needs to be flexible.
