How does the team come up with fresh ideas?

We're a collaborative bunch conducting regular brainstorming workshops to ensure we are constantly challenging ourselves. We also make sure that we get out into the marketplace, talk to our consumers and sample our own and competitors' products.

- What are the perks of the job?

We are a premium wine company, so it goes without saying that we are able to sample the goods (responsibly) on a regular basis.

- Describe the marketing team in three words.

Passionate, knowledgeable, vintrepreneurs.

- What is the main marketing challenge you face?

Premiumisation. The UK wine consumer tends to be price-focused, so we need to educate them on the value of paying more for their wine.

- Is there anything particularly interesting about your office?

We can see two rugby stadiums from here, Twickenham and The Stoop. We also have a cellar that holds some amazing wines.

- Is there anything else readers may find interesting about the company?

The company is committed to wine education. Staff are invited to participate in the Wine & Spirit Education Trust's programme and some have reached the upper echelons of the WSET Diploma of wine. …
