How does the team come up with fresh marketing ideas?

Together. We constantly throw ideas around, and we steal with pride: if the Finish team comes up with a great idea, it won't be long before the Nurofen team is working out whether it can apply to it, too.

- What are the perks of the job?

The number-one perk is definitely the lightning-fast speed of career progression at RB. We value attitude and performance over experience It's an environment where a graduate can challenge the general manager's point of view and not only still have a job at the end of the meeting, but possibly a promotion.

Describe the marketing team in three words.

Feisty, flexible, winning.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, it is business casual, though most people dress down in jeans every Friday.

Does the marketing team socialise outside office hours?

We have company drinks at Browns in Windsor at least once a month. We also tend to hit the local races every now and then for a flutter.

What are the hours like?

The first arrivals tend to be at about 7am, but some come in around 9am. We head off anywhere between 5.30pm and 8pm. We are our own harshest critics and everyone wants to deliver, no matter how long it takes. Having said that, the summer working hours announced recently (finishing early on Fridays) went down well.

What about the salary and benefits package?

It is competitive. If you deliver, you will be rewarded.
