Denver-based BlackBox Logic LLC is helping top academic researchers gain better insight into U.S. and international residential real estate and capital markets, according to the company.

It has entered agreements with several prominent academic institutions and faculty members, including the Columbia Business School (New York); EJ. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University (Baton Rouge, Louisiana); Stuart Gabriel, professor of finance and director of the Richard S. Ziman Center for Real Estate at the University of California-Los Angeles' (UCLA's) Anderson School of Management (Los Angeles); Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College (Hanover, New Hampshire); National University of Singapore's Institute of Real Estate Studies (Singapore); and faculty at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School (Philadelphia).

BlackBox Logic provides loan-level data-aggregation services, analytical reporting and dynamic analytic software to residential mortgage and capital markets participants including investors, broker/dealers and mortgage market researchers.
