The new year meant a new role for JILLIAN TWEET, who became Credo Reference's new account manager.

Tweet, who has a degree in communications studies from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, joined the company in January 2012 after spending more than 10 years in publishing and customer service.

As account manager, Tweet will focus on "helping libraries to get the most out of their investment in Credo Reference." She says her responsibilities will also include working with the company's international partners in Asia, the Middle East, and South and Central America to support their efforts in building awareness of Credo Reference offerings.

One of Tweet's first assignments is to review usage best practices. "I will be looking at our current customers and finding ways to help them reach their users on a level to really get the most benefit from their Credo Online Reference services and collections," she says.
