Naomi and Lizzie are great friends but when their small town of Blackbird Tree is invaded by the charming and mysterious boy, Finn, who literally drops into Naomi's life from a tree, the event is a catalyst for a whole series of curious events which lead to unexpected conflict, tragedy and, eventually, great joy.
