Imagine this scenario: You walk into drugstore and buy a few things. The total cost is $13.30, and while you're multi-tasking and texting on your iPhone, you hand the sales clerk $20. Many properties are worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and people spend significant parts of their lives in them. Yet, in recent years, too many decisions are made based primarily on lowest cost--this sometimes includes choosing property management companies.
