What do you want more of in life? In business? In your relationships? What do you want less of?

Try conducting a MOLO (more of, less of) exercise to ensure that you're detecting opportunities and that you are capitalizing on your strengths, efforts, time and resources. Make lists for what you want more of and what you want less of. Consider posting those lists in a visible place in your home and office so you see them every day. Keep MOLO in the forefront of your mind.

Focus on the things you want more of, like health, family time, business deals, fun clients or new business contacts. The more you focus on those things, the more they will be drawn into your world. Identifying the things you want less of will help you best route energies elsewhere. Get rid of things that complicate, clutter and stress your life. Many people know what they want more of, but few strategize ways to eliminate things such as excess meetings, debt, toxic people, or even things like conflict and unhealthy foods. …
