Ferrari has sped past its rivals to be named the world's 'most-powerful' brand, in the latest Brand Finance Global 500 report. The luxury car manufacturer scored highly on metrics including desirability, loyalty and visual identity. The 'most-valuable' brand prize went to Apple, with Samsung in second place.


Unilever celebrated 200 years of Colman's with a pounds 5m campaign, emphasising the role the brand plays in British family life. The 60-second TV ad, which shows a doting father cooking a Colman's Shepherd's Pie to comfort his heartbroken daughter, is intended to position its sauces as tasty, wholesome British food.


Audi became the first brand to advertise on Waterloo Motion, a giant digital screen at London's Waterloo Station. The 'Audi dashboard' concept, by BBH London, features live statistics and contextual messages about Waterloo station. National Rail's 40m-long, high-definition digital screen is claimed to be the UK's biggest indoor advertising screen.



A comedic Kronenbourg 1664 ad featuring ex-Manchester United star Eric Cantona has been banned by the ASA for emphasising the beer's French roots, despite it being brewed in the UK. …
