He writes about library topics with an eye for the unusual connection, the new idea, or thought-provoking comment and turn of phrase. This book is a selected collection from his 1,869 blog entries from 2003 through 2013.

The author/blogger is currently working as vice president, OCLC Research, and chief strategist. A well-known writer and speaker, his blog posts have become much less frequent of late.
