ANDRE FORTUNE has been appointed assistant vice president for student affairs at The University of Texas at Arlington. He currently serves as assistant to the vice chancellor for student affairs at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Fortune earned a bachelor's and a masters from the University of Kansas, and a doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

SHEILA RADFORD-HILL has been named chief diversity officer of Dominican University in Illinois. Radford-Hill was executive director of the Diversity Center at Luther College in Iowa. She earned a bachelors from DePaul University, a masters from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate from Columbia Commonwealth University.

COREY L. MCCRAY has been named vice president for workforce solutions at Tidewater Community College. He directed The Pruden Center for Industry & Technology in Suffolk, Virginia. McCray holds a bachelor's from Southern Illinois University and a masters from Cambridge College.

RICARDO JACQUEZ has been appointed dean of the College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Construction Management at California State University, Chico, effective August 1. He is currently dean of the College of Engineering at New Mexico State University. Jacquez earned a bachelor's and a master's from New Mexico State, and a doctorate from Virginia Tech.

SHAH HASAN has been named provost and executive vice president of Virginia International University. He was provost and a professor of management at Urbana University. …
