EDGAR MARTINEZ has been named director of the Saint Leo University Orlando Education Center. He was assistant director of distance learning and continuing education at the University of West Florida. Martinez earned an associate from Lorain County Community College, a bachelor's from Kent State University and a master s from Bowling Green State University.

TIMOTHY MCMULLEN has been named director of design and construction at Winston-Salem State University. He was director of the Design and Construction Services Unit at North Carolina Central University. McMullen earned a bachelor's from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

ANNE EHRLICH has been appointed vice president for student development at Knox College. She is dean of students at Woodbury University in California. Ehrlich received a bachelor's from the University of California, San Diego, a master's from the University of Michigan and a doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles.

JORGE G. GONZALEZ has been named president of Kalamazoo College, effective July 1. He is vice president for academic affairs and dean of Occidental College in Los Angeles. Gonzalez earned a bachelor's from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, and a master's and a doctorate from Michigan State University.

GLADIS KERSAINT has been appointed dean of the Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut, effective in July. She is associate dean of the College of Education and a professor at the University of South Florida. …
