Subscription TV

Subscription TV viewing has recorded healthy year-on-year growth due to the popularity of Netflix and Amazon Prime. Thinkbox figures reveal subscription TV now accounts for 4% of all video viewing, up from 2.3% The average viewer watched TV for three hours and 51 minutes a day last year, down just 1% year on year, despite the threat from other online media.

Reebok has banned fizzy drinks from its global headquarters as part of a company-wide sugar-reduction initiative launched last year. Reebok president Matt O'Toole said the company's ambition is to be the 'very best fitness brand in the world and to inspire everyone who touches our brand'.

Royal fever swept Twitter as Crossrail's rebrand to the Elizabeth Line, in honour of the Queen, was warmly received by the British public. 'The purple addition to TfL's collection of iconic roundels will provide a lasting legacy to Her Majesty the Queen,' said TfL marketing chief Chris Macleod.
