M. ANNETTE HAGGRAY has been named provost of Northern Virginia Community College's Alexandria Campus. She is vice president for academic affairs at Harford Community College in Maryland. Haggray holds a bachelor's and a master's from North Carolina Central University, and a doctorate from Iowa State University.

DAWN E. GARCIA has been named director of the John S. Knight Journalism Fellowships Program at Stanford University, effective September 1. She was managing director of the program at Stanford. Garcia earned a bachelor's from the University of Oregon and a masters from Stanford.

JOHN F. MCKNIGHT JR. has been named dean of institutional equity and inclusion at Connecticut College, effective July 1. He is dean of intercultural development at Lafayette College. McKnight holds a bachelor's from the University of Florida, a master's from Indiana University Bloomington and a doctorate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

MARTA FILIZOLA has been appointed dean of the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS). She is a professor of structural and chemical biology. Filizola earned a bachelor's and a master's from the University "Federico 11" University in Italy, and a doctorate from II University of Naples, also in Italy.

FAITH HENSRUD has been named president of Bemidji State University and Northwest Technical College in Minnesota, effective July 1. She is an associate professor at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. …
