No, you're not mistaken, things do a look a little different around here this month. I've written before about how we see Geographical as a continually evolving publication, but this is the first time in the past few years that we've undergone such a radical visual overhaul. You'll notice that it is indeed mainly visual.

We've always been proud of our content, both in the magazine and on our website, but it never hurts to always be looking at better ways to present those stories to our audience. And that's what we hope this new-look Geographical does, make our content more engaging than ever before, make it more appealing to those that may have passed us by, but not compromise our core values of always seeking the deeper story in any situation, providing a more nuanced, more informative look at the issues that fall under the banner of geography today.
