West Group has announced that Westlaw users now have access to six legal newsletters published by Glasser LegalWorks. In a separate news release, the company announced the availability of New York State court records via CourtLink, a gateway service available through Westlaw.

The six new Glasser LegalWorks titles--covering such topics as online commerce, electronic banking law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions--give researchers and practitioners access to respected and widely referenced material from Glasser LegalWorks, a leading legal publisher and producer of seminars and trade shows, according to West Group.

Among the Glasser LegalWorks newsletters now available in full text on Westlaw include the following:

* Cyberspace Lawyer (GLCYLAW) contains information on legal and business issues and trends related to online commerce, including developments in intellectual property, contract law, business arrangements, multimedia and entertainment, government regulation, criminal law, security/encryption, and commercial topics.

* Electronic Banking Law and Commerce Report (GLEBLCR) covers current issues in electronic banking, including application of security guidelines to industry standards of care and implications of electronic banking for low-income communities. Issues concerning what constitutes banking and commerce law will be tracked in future publications.
