ROLE MODEL

I read Jacqueline Y. Metcalfe's article on casting director Kimberly Hardin ("Casting A Wide Net," Powerplay) in the December 1998 issue of BLACK ENTERPRISE.

I am a 20-year-old accounting major in college who has her sights set on becoming a casting director. Reading your article gave me a lot of insight into how much determination and hard work is needed to pursue this kind of career. I feel that Hardin would be an excellent role model for me.
