EconLit Database Now Available on ScienceDirect

ScienceDirect (http://www.sciencedirect.com) has announced an agreement with the American Economic Association (http://www.acaweb.org) to make its EconLit Database available on ScienceDirect. According to the announcement, the EconLit Database is a well-known bibliographic database dating back to 1969 with over 600 indexed journals from leading publishers in the areas of economics, finance, business, and public policy. In addition to bibliographic citations, EconLit includes dissertations, books, the Abstracts of Working Papers in Economics (AWPE) database, and the Journal of Economic Literature Book Reviews.

"The addition of EconLit to the ScienceDirect platform will truly enhance our social science offerings," said Pat Sabosik, executive vice president of electronic publishing at ScienceDirect. "We are pleased to be aligned with such a prominent research tool and with the American Economic Association, one of the most notable economics organizations in the world."
